Benjamin Moore stores can elect to have a smart monitor which will allow guests to use ai to determine a color for them based on either their face, their favorite song, their zodiac, or pictures. Customers can also use this filter on TikTok.
Benjamin Moore will collaborate with Taylor Swift throughout her Era’s tour. There will be machines at concert venues of the Concerts offing bracelets in the color pallet based on the favorite song of Taylor Swift. Special colors are re-named with the subtext “Taylor Version.”
Era’s Tour Smart Screen
The Era’s Tour Smart Screen is strategically placed in high-traffic areas of stadiums, such as near elevators and bathrooms, where concerts are held. This interactive touch screen lets users select their favorite song by the artist, and in return, they receive a Benjamin Moore Paint chip inspired by their choice. The paint chips have been updated to feature "Taylor’s Version" on them. Customers can then take these paint chips to any Benjamin Moore retailer to have their chosen paint color mixed.

Leveraging the power of AI and tapping into the current AI trend, customers can use the touch screen to discover their perfect color through various options. They can choose based on their favorite song, zodiac sign, photo, or by taking a personalized quiz. Additionally, the screen assists in selecting an accent color, guides them on where to obtain a paint chip, and offers advice on choosing between different sheens.
Tik Tok Filter
Capitalizing on the popularity of TikTok filters and the trending #Eras hashtag, we will introduce a filter that provides users with a paint chip selection based on what appears in the frame on their screen. This filter will display the paint chip number, allowing customers to easily locate the corresponding paint chip when they visit the retail store.
